2D/3D MAPPING
Orthomosaics or essentially "real-time" Google Earth images allow you to get a high resolution snapshot of your entire project site at nearly any time interval you would like. The maps help project teams tremendously by providing an invaluable planning, inspection, and quantity verification tool.
Our maps are powered by Pix4D which has become the industry standard due to its robust and reliable platform. Through an easy to use cloud platform where you can view each flight in a convenient timeline and even compare maps between flight dates. You are also able to do quick length, area, and volumetric calculations with only a few clicks!
3D Mesh visualizations as seen below are also a great tool to get a quick feel for the project site and size by essentially putting yourself in the seat of the drone and being able to fly through the site without having to wait for large point clouds to load.
Depending on your desired use for the 3D Mesh visualization it can be cleaned up to provide a very aesthetically pleasing model, but if you just need it quick and dirty for the project team then the basic output from the software usually does the trick!
