I'll make a bet it was the second one. Why? Because it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It keeps you're attention much longer and makes you wonder what is inside that beautiful structure. The first picture was even bigger, first in order, and did you notice that house was almost $1,000,000 more expensive?
You may be saying "yea, but I'm not selling multi-million dollar listings..." That's OKAY! Quality professional photography is almost even more necessary for smaller listings!
