Have you ever had a face to face job interview? Have you ever had to meet a significant other's parents?

What do these two things have in common? The answer is....

First impressions.

If you're a real estate professional and are selling properties, then you have 2 seconds to grab a potential customer's attention. Let's be honest, you (probably) won't do that with a photo from an iPhone. What you need is professional photography. Check out the two photos below and tell me which one you look at longest?



I'll make a bet it was the second one. Why? Because it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It keeps you're attention much longer and makes you wonder what is inside that beautiful structure. The first picture was even bigger, first in order, and did you notice that house was almost $1,000,000 more expensive?

You may be saying "yea, but I'm not selling multi-million dollar listings..." That's OKAY! Quality professional photography is almost even more necessary for smaller listings! I'll be honest with you. It may not make as big of a difference on a $150,000 listing, but if you're dealing with anything over $300,00 you absolutely need it! We want to help you sell more listings faster and for more money...
